How To Use: FOR HEAT THERAPY: Fold the wrap in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute). Warning - *Do not overheat. *Do not heat for more than 1 minute. FOR COLD THRAPY: Store or place in freezer for an hour before use. Spot clean with clean damp cloth only. Do not launder.
